Terms of Use

1. About the service

Klivo is a free demo that lets you generate short videos with artificial intelligence from a text prompt or an image, using models such as Sora (OpenAI), Kling and Luma. The demo is shown at events and is offered free of charge. There are no payments, plans or subscriptions.

The service is operated by PROACTIVA DOS AGUAS, S.L. (trading as Klivo), a company established in Spain. Its full details are listed in the Contact section.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using Klivo you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

3. Accounts and access

You need an account to use the video generators. Video generation is enabled by the Klivo team on a per-account basis; creating an account does not guarantee access. We may enable, limit or disable access at any time, for example to manage usage during an event.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign up.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Klivo to create, upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Sexualizes minors or depicts sexual content involving real people without consent.
• Is hateful, harassing, threatening or violent toward any person or group.
• Impersonates real people, or uses someone's image, voice or likeness without permission.
• Is designed to deceive, such as fake news, scams or misleading deepfakes.
• Infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of third parties.

You also agree not to interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or use automated means to access it. The usage policies of the underlying AI providers also apply.

5. AI-generated content

Videos are produced automatically by AI models. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content generated for other users. You are solely responsible for the prompts and images you submit and for how you use the videos you generate, including making sure you have the rights to any image you upload.

6. Ownership and license

The Klivo website, brand, design and software belong to Klivo and may not be copied or reused without permission.

As between you and Klivo, you keep whatever rights you have in your prompts, uploads and generated videos, subject to the terms of the AI providers. You grant Klivo a limited license to process and store that content only as needed to run the service.

7. Third-party AI providers

Video generation relies on third-party providers (OpenAI, Kling and Luma). Your prompts and images are sent to these providers to create your videos. Klivo is not responsible for the availability, performance or policies of these third parties.

8. Demo provided "as is"

Klivo is a demonstration service provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

9. Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue the demo, or any feature or AI model, at any time and without notice. Generated videos are stored only for a short period and may be deleted automatically, so please download any video you want to keep.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klivo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the demo or of the videos you generate.

11. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or misuse the service. You can stop using Klivo at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to the contact address below.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Klivo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
