Klivo is a free AI video generation demo shown at events, operated by PROACTIVA DOS AGUAS, S.L. (Tax ID B84851088), Calle Parque Bujaruelo, 25, Local 3, 28924 Alcorcón, Madrid, Spain. 2. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and password (stored encrypted), or your basic profile if you sign in with Google or Facebook.
• Your content: the prompts you write and the images you upload to generate videos.
• Generated videos: the videos created for you and their settings (model, duration, format).
• Technical data and logs: IP address, browser and device information, and activity logs used to run and secure the service.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form.

We do not collect payment information: the demo is free.

3. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account and decide whether video generation is enabled for it.
• To generate, show and let you download your videos.
• To answer your messages and send essential account emails.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI providers and other services

To create your videos, your prompts and images are sent to the AI provider you choose: OpenAI (Sora), Kling or Luma. These providers process the content under their own terms and privacy policies.

We also use service providers for hosting, file storage, email delivery, sign-in with Google or Facebook. They only receive the data they need to provide their service.

5. How long we keep data

• Generated videos and uploaded images are deleted automatically after a few days.
• Account data is kept while your account exists. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
• Logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

6. Cookies

We only use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encrypted connections and encrypted passwords. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your login details private.

Klivo is not intended for children. Accounts are for users aged 18 or older. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
